Three Minute Milestone
Three minutes may make the difference in whether or not a visitor returns to our assembly. If they are greeted warmly and feel accepted the chances are greatly increased that they will return. If they do not
connect and feel
welcome they probably will not come back. May I suggest that you adopt the
Three Minute Milestone
and spent the first three minutes following the final song of each service talking only to people you do not know well. If you are not near a visitor or complete stranger, then talk to those you are not well acquainted with. Look for those visitors first and talk to me and anyone else you know, only after you have visited for three minutes with strangers. This will be a important milestone in their decision to return.
